FAQ's

Shipping & Delivery
We process orders 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Depending on the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address, delivery times may vary. Standard ground shipping is 3-7 business days.

Cancelation
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to cancel the item before it ships but we cannot guarantee cancellations. If your order wasn’t able to be canceled before it ships, you will need to contact our CustomerCare@HomeWilliams.com once you receive the item to start a return. Shipping expenses will not be refunded, no exceptions.

Vintage Shop
All Items are vintage secondhand and subject to minor wear. We will always note any flaws or imperfections. Please contact us with any additional questions at our Customer Care email. All vintage items are final sale.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Home Williams. If you are not happy with any of our products, we’ll gladly refund your money within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in its original condition in original packaging.
All products sold at Home Williams are not for commercial use and are intended for residential use only.
Please contact Home Williams at CustomerCare@HomeWilliams.com to obtain a Return Authorization number to start a return.

We do not accept exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the new item you want and send back the original order for a refund within 30 days of purchase. The original item must be unused and in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

Gift Returns
If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, it will be processed in the form of store credit. All gifts may be exchanged and are non-refundable. You will need a valid website order number in order to proceed with a gift return. No exceptions.

Return by mail ONLY.
Returns will be refunded in the same form of tender as the original transaction. If you wish to return by mail outside of the 30 day policy, please contact Home Williams Customer Care first at CustomerCare@HomeWilliams.com
We do not accept C.O.D deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort.

Returns by mail without a receipt require a return authorization number, original order number, name, and address to be included with the shipment of the return cannot be accepted, no exceptions.

Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Shipping expenses are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error. If such an event occurs, please contact Home Williams Customer Care, CustomerCare@HomeWilliams.com , immediately to arrange the return and we will refund all shipping expenses.
Packages that are sent back for insufficient address, refused package, could not deliver, mailbox full, or any reason beyond our control are subject to a $10 fee, which will be deducted from your original purchase upon issuing a refund. Ensure your address is correct at checkout as we cannot change information once the order is being processed.

Packages sent back without requesting a Return Authorization number will delay your return process by 10+ days. We are not responsible for return shipping fees or customer returns lost in transit. We reserve the right to decline your refund and return. No exceptions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items within 10 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment(s). Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method(s) of payment within 10 business days.

Return instructions for shoppers
Pack all the returned items, along with a note that includes your return authorization number, first and last name, email address, and phone number. You can use the box items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

Affix your shipping label and ship back with the courier of your choice to ship the package back to us.

Please allow 10 business days to process all returns. Once approved, you will be notified via email and the refund will be credited to your original form(s) of payment.

Goods that are used or in unsellable condition will not be accepted for refund. Returns may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification system, which is used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program. Other restrictions may apply.
